Overall had such wonderful stay for business trip. As for me, the location was great and magnificent, not far from the center of old city, the Plaza and one big and beautiful park. It also was close to the town centre.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Friendliness and efficiency of the personal, both at reception and in the restaurant. We had requested to keep our 2 rooms till about 15:45, as we were leaving for Krakow by train. This was confirmed, albeit only in the morning.

We stayed only one day at the hotel, only several hours at the hotel proper. There was nothing negative to report.

The high-speed free Wi-Fi was a definite plus, letting me stay connected while enjoying my time. Having a secured parking facility made things easier, though finding a spot for a larger vehicle wasn't exactly a walk in the park.

The building's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Stained walls and dusty corners. Noise disturbances were common, with the sounds of parties creeping into my room when all I wanted was some peace. The lack of adequate bathroom supplies like proper toiletries was inconvenient, and I had to request basic items which should have been readily available. I also noticed some aging and damaged furniture, definitely not what you'd expect from a three-star venue. Lastly, the breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, so don't expect a rotating menu that excites your taste buds.
